The flag is rectangular.Let's say "a" is the length of long and "b" is the length of small side.
+%28a%2F2%29%2B2+=+b+ and +2a%2B2b=28+
Simplify the equations such that;
+a=2b-4+ and +a%2Bb=14+
Put "a" in the first equation into the second equation so that;
+2b-4%2Bb=14+
Therefore,+b=6+ and +a=8+
