You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you have 2 points you can write the equation of this line such that;
First you will name the points as x1,y1 and x2,y2 such that in your question (1/2,-1) is (x2,y2) and (-2/3,6) is (x1,y1) and (x,y) is unknown.
There are many correlations for example I choose;
We have to put this equation like y = mx + n where m is the slop.
It's so m = +42/5
