-5x + 3x + 1 >= -14
-2x + 1 >= -14 (added the -5x and the 3x)
-2x >= -15 (subtracted -1 from both sides)
x <= -15/(-2) (divided both sides by -2, since negative switched signs)
x <= 15/2

x ≤ 15/2
