You can put this solution on YOUR website! let the numbers be x,x+2,x+4,x+6
..
add them up
x+x+2+x+4+x+6 =200
4x+12=200
add -12
4x=200-12
4x=188
/4
x=188/4

Hi,
Note: consecutive odd numbers differ by 2
Let x , (x+2), (x+4) and (x+6) represent the four consecutive odd numbers
x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) =200
solving for x
4x = 12 = 200
4x = 188
x = 47
the four consecutive odd numbers are 47, 49, 51 and 53
checking our answer
47 + 49 + 51 + 53 = 200
