You can put this solution on YOUR website! It's possible to have equal adjacent, supplementary, and complementary (not complimentary...the two are easily confused) angles. Also, you could have equal angles at a point. However, they are not always equal.
It turns out that vertical angles or angles that are vertically opposite one another are always equal.
Note: I'm not sure what you mean by "alternate". Do you mean "alternate interior" or "alternate exterior"?
