Prove that the complex conjugate of the sum of two complex numbers a+bi and c+di is the sum of their complex conjugates

get the sum of the two complex numbers:
a + bi + c + di = (a + c) + (b + d)i
get the conjugate:
the conjugate of (a + c) + (b + d)i is (a + c) - (b + d)i
get the conjugate of a + bi:
the conjugate of a + bi = a - bi
get the conjugate of c + di:
the conjugate of c + di = c - di
get the sum of the two conjugates:
a - bi + c - di = (a + c) + (-b - d)i = (a + c) - (b + d)i

the complex conjugate of the sum of a + bi and c + di is the same as the sum of their complex conjugates
