You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Express your equation in slope-intercept form: y+=+4x%2F3+-+3 (Transpose 9 to the left side, and then divide throughout by 3, the coefficient of x.) Therefore the slope is 4/3, and the y-intercept is (0,-3).
