2x^2+5x=52
2x^2+5x-52=0
2x^2-8x+13x-52=0
2x(x-4)+13(x-4)=0
(x-4)(2x+13)=0
x=4 x = -6.5(ignore)
width = 4
length = 2x+5 = 13
