2 log(10x) = 0
log(10x) = 0

x=+1%2F10

A y intercept is always where x = 0. If y = 2 log(10x), then y = 2 log(0), which is undefined.

Conclusion: X-intercept (1%2F10,0). There is NO y-intercept.
