The answer is no. Ex: If m=-1, then

sqrt%28%28-1%29%5E2%29=sqrt%281%29=1. So this means that the left side of sqrt%28m%29=m is 1 but the right side is negative 1. So 1%3C%3E-1 which means that sqrt%28m%5E2%29%3C%3Em when m%3C0


The same idea applies to sqrt%28m%5E6%29=m%5E3
