length = 4x+1
...
Perimeter = 2(L+W)
22=2(4x+1+x)
22=2(5x+1)
22=10x+2
10x=20
x= 2 cm width
length = 4x+1 = 8+1=9 cm
...
9*2+2*2=22
...
