You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
(-3+8i/-2+i) (-2-i/-2-i)
(-3+8i)(-2-i)/(-2+i)(-2-i)
(-2+i)(-2-i)=4-i^2 or 4-(-1) or 5 replace i^2 by -1
(-3+8i)(-2-i)=6-16i+3i-8i^2 replace i^2 by -1
6-13i+8=14-13i
14-13i/5=14/5-13i/5
Answer: 14/5-13i/5
