Since each worker can make twice as many lenses as frames, then you need the same number of workers making lenses as frames.
N=45
So then in one day, 45 workers will make 45%2A50=2250 frames and 45 workers will make 45%2A100=4500 lenses.
Since 4500%2F2=2250, you will have a balanced production.
