Question 356567: In triangle ABC, tanA= 3/4, tanB= 1, and a=10; find b in simplest radical form.
I've tried this many times but i just can get the answer right.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! In triangle ABC, tanA= 3/4, tanB= 1, and a=10; find b in simplest radical form.
----
If tan(B) = 1, B = 45 degrees
If tan(A) = 0.75, A = 36.87 degrees
----------------------------------------
Using Law of Sines:
b/sinB = a/sinA
---
b/sin(45) = 10/sin(36.87)
---
b = 10sin(45)/sin(36.87)
---
b = 11.79
