The answer is obtuse because the sum of angles in triangle is 180 if the two angles are 28 and 58 degress the third angle is 180 - 28 - 58 = 94
The third angle is greater than 90 degree hence the triangle is obtuse

Those angles add up to 86 degrees.
The remaining angle must be 180-86=94 degrees.
You are correct; it is an obtuse triangle.
