If the front face is a square, and has area 50cm^2, then

A+=+s%5E2

s%5E2+=+A

s%5E2+=+50

Therefore,

s=sqrt%2850%29=7.071067812

Then the volume of the cube is

V+=+s%5E3

V+=+7.071067812%5E3

V+=+353.5533906cm%5E3
