Sides are in 1, 3/2, and 5/6 meters.
so we can say that sides are in 1 : (3/2) : (5/6) ratio........

now multiplication by 6 in each number gives..
6 : (3/2*6) : (5/6 * 6)
= 6 : 9 : 5

now all triangle having sides in this ratio will be similar to this.

so answer is

d. 5, 6 and 9.
