A=L%2AW
The perimeter of a rectangle is,
P=2L%2B2W
.

You also know that,
L=n%2B6
W=n
Substitute,
highlight%28A=%28n%2B6%29n=n%5E2%2B6n%29
I'll leave you to finish the perimeter by subsituting just like I did in the area equation.
Substitute and simplify.
