Centre of circle = (a,b)
Therefore, a= 2 and b= -6
r= radius
= 1/2 of diameter
= 1/2 (6.2)
= 3.1
Hence equation of circle is,
(x-2)^2+ (y+6)^2 = (3.1)^2
