They are asking which two consecutive page numbers, when multiplied together will give you 156.

Based on experience, I know that 13*13 is 169. Seeing as 156 is 13 less than 169, that is the same as 12*13. Thereby giving you your two consecutive page numbers highlight%2812%29and highlight%2813%29.

If you set up this in algebraic form it looks like this:
X%28X%2B1%29=156 OR X%28X-1%29=156, depending on whether you are calling X your higher or lower of the two consecutive numbers. This simplifies to X%5E2-X=156. From here, I personally do not know of any way to "theoretically" solve the problem. From this point on you would just plug and chug.
