SINCE AREA IS PROPORTIONAL TO SQUARE OF THE SIDE...AREA WILL INCREASE BY 4^2=16 TIMES
SINCE VOLUME IS PROPORTIONAL TO CUBE OF THE SIDE...VOLUME WILL INCREASE BY 4^3=64 TIMES
