Let x = amount of 16% solution
then
32-x = amount of 8% solution

Equation:
.16x + .08(32-x) = .10(32)

16x + 8(32-x) = 10(32)

16x + 256-8x = 320
8x + 256 = 320
8x = 64
x = 8 ounces (16% solution)

8% solution:
32-x = 32-8 = 24 ounces
