You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Given:
%284x%5E2%29%5E2
You can distribute the outside exponent to each term inside parenthesis:
.
4%5E2%28x%5E2%29%5E2
4%5E2%28x%5E2%29%28x%5E2%29

4%5E2x%5E4
16x%5E4

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
did you mean %284%2Ax%5E2%29%5E2 ?????

if so the answer is:

16%2Ax%5E4

your expression %284%2Ax%5E2%29%5E2 translates into:

%284%2Ax%5E2%29+%2A+%284%2Ax%5E2%29

this becomes 16+%2A+x%5E4 because:

4%2A4+=+16

and

x%5E2+%2A+x%5E2+=+x%5E4
