Question 350567:  domain of h(x)=1/(x^(1/2)-5x)
 Answer by nyc_function(2741)      (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Because the function has x^1/2 so -------> x is greater or equal to zero

And then we should make the "(x^1/2)-5x" equal to zero so the result is:

(x^1/2)-5x = 0 --------> x = 0 , 1/25

So the numbers "0 , 1/25" can't be in the domain.

So, the domain is: (0 , 1/25) U (1/25 , +infinity)
