Let x be the second angle or larger angle
(x/2) would be the smaller
.
x +( x/2) = 90
.
simplify and solve for x
2x + x = 180
3x = 180
x = 60 degrees IS THE LARGER ANGLE
.
check Your answer:
( x/2 ) = 30degrees (then the smaller one)
60degrees + 30degrees = 90degrees
