HENCE EN OF CIRCLE IS
(X-R)^2+(Y-R)^2=R^2.....THE COORDINATES OF A POINT ON THE CIRCLE IS (12,6).SO
(12-R)^2+(6-R)^2=R^2
144-24R+R^2+36-12R+R^=R^2
R^2-36+180=0
(R-30)(R-6)=0
HENCE R=30"...OR...6"
SO DIAMETER IS 60"=5'...OR......12"=1'
