You can put this solution on YOUR website!
With this kind of equations you always have to get the terms in a variable on one side!
you can work out:
(3/4)m-1/2=(48/7)m-12/7+9
then we bring all the terms with a variable to the lefthand side:
(3/4)m-(48/7)m = 9-12/7+1/2
a little bit of counting:
(-171/28)m = 109/14
working out to m:
m = (109/14)/(-171/28)=(109*28)/(14*-171)=3052/-1197=-218/171
if you fill in the value you have computed you find that the solution is correct.
