Question 348364: Graph this absolute value. Y=|2x-5|
I used -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3 as x but i cannot get a "V" shape graph. I know the v has to be on the x axis and i think that y=0 at least once but there is no value that will make y=0. Im not sure, but does this problem have a soultion?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The vertex of the V occurs when the argument equals zero.
2x-5=0
2x=5
x=5%2F2
Then using this x poisitoin as an axis of symmetry, you can calculate values that have same y value.
1.5,3.5
0,5
etc.
