The sum of interior angles of any polygon = 180*(# of sides - 2)
In this case, the sume = 180*(4-2) = 360
let two smaller angles = x degree each,
then , the two bigger anlges will be 2x-27 degrees
adding them all, we get
2(x) + 2(2x-27) = 360,
solve for x, you get
smaller angle = x = 51 degrees
