You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the rate of closure is 47.1 km/h (84.2 - 37.1)

there are 1000 m in a km , and 3600 sec in an hr

47.1 * 1000 / 3600 = rate of closure in m/s ___ divide this into 121 to find the time in seconds
