You can put this solution on YOUR website! The absolute value of a real number n can be written as |n| and can be defined as follows:
If n is greater than or equal to zero, then the absolute value of n, written
|n| = n.
If n is less than zero, then the absolute value of n, written |n| = -n.
SAMPLE A
|-7/2| = -(-7/2) = 7/2
SAMPLE B
|π - 6| = -(π - 6) = -π + 6
