w+2x+y-3z=10
-w+x+2y+z=-2
2w+3x+5y-2z+14
-2w+2x+3y+2z=-4

I know how to solve a 3 by 3, but the extra equation is throwing me off.

The method is the same as solving a 3x3 system...
Take any three pair of equations and eliminate the same one variable...
Then you will have a 3x3 system...
