SOLUTION: I've worked this and get 89/36 but answer is supposed to be 71/36...???
Problem: -(-2)-(-2^-2)-[(-2)(3^-2)]
I get 2 +1/4 - (-2/9)
2 * 1/4 + 2/9
72/36 + 9/36 + 8/36 =

-(-2)-(-2^-2)-[-2(3^-2)]==>2-(1/-2^2)-[-2(1/3^2)]==>2-1/4-[(-2(1/9)]
2-1/4-(-2/9)==>2-1/4+2/9==>72/36-9/36+8/36==>72/36-1/36==>71/36
