No, a true equation must also be dimensionally correct but some dimensionally correct equations are not true.
As an example,
The area of a square is equal to the perimeter of the square multiplied by the length of the side of the square.
A=%28s%2Bs%2Bs%2Bs%29%2As=4s%5E2
Dimensionally, the units are correct (Area=Length^2)
But the equation is not true.
The area of a square is actually A=s%5E2.
True and dimensionally correct.
