Then Length = W+45

Draw a picture and label the line segments.
Two Solutions:
3(W+45)+ 2w = 3W+135+2W = 5W+135 ft
----
OR
3(W)+2(W+45) = 3W+2W+90 = 5W+90 ft

The anwer depends on where you put the dividing side.
