No. Nobody can because you don't have an equation. ALL equations have one thing in common that this expression lacks, namely an equals sign.
Now if you would like some help simplifying the expression:
Start with the innermost parentheses:
minus 2 minus 2 is minus 4
and -2 times -4 is 8
Then -3 times -4 is 12
-2 plus 12 is 10 and 8 minus 3 is 5
10 times 5 is 50 and 50 times -2 is -100
