Question 342767: I really need help for this question here before tomorrow. Here's what it is asking: Find the measure of an angle if the measure of its complement is one third the measure of its supplement. If I could get a translation of sorts, then I will also be able to answer a couple more question, which I unfortunately need for tomorrow.
Thanks to whoever can help me! Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Find the measure of an angle if the measure of its complement is one third the measure of its supplement.
------------------------
A = the angle
90 - A = its complement = c
180 - A = its supplement = s
c = s/3
90-A = (180-A)/3
270 - 3A = 180-A
A = 45º
