You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simply subtract 1 from all sides to go from 3%3Cx%2B1%3C6 to 3-1%3Cx%3C6-1 and then combine like terms to get 2%3Cx%3C5


So the solution is 2%3Cx%3C5 (ie x is between 2 and 5, but it is NOT equal to either 2 or 5)
