2x=3(x+4)+15
2x=3x+12+15
2x-3x=27
-x=27
x=-27 ans for the least integer.
-27+4=-23 ans. for the greatest integer.
Proof:
2*-27=3*-23+15
-54=-69+15
-54=-54
