You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-2x%5E3-x%5E2%2B5x%2B2 Start with the given expression.

-2%28-3%29%5E3-%28-3%29%5E2%2B5%28-3%29%2B2 Plug in x=-3.

-2%28-27%29-%28-3%29%5E2%2B5%28-3%29%2B2 Cube -3 to get -27.

-2%28-27%29-9%2B5%28-3%29%2B2 Square -3 to get 9.

54-9%2B5%28-3%29%2B2 Multiply -2 and -27 to get 54.

54-9-15%2B2 Multiply 5 and -3 to get -15.

32 Combine like terms.

So -2x%5E3-x%5E2%2B5x%2B2=32 when x=-3
