You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the ratio of the edge of cube A to the edge of cube B is 3 to 2, what is the ratio of the surface area of A to the surface area of B?
--------------
Surface Area = 6s^2
--------------------------
3:2 is the same as 3s to 2s where 3s is the side of A and 2s is the side of B.
---------------------
Ratio of surface areas = [6(3s)^2]/[6(2s)^2] = 9/4 = 9:4
