You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Use the formula for slope,
m=%28y2-y1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29
%286-2k%29%2F%28k-%28-3%29%29=1
%286-2k%29%2F%28k%2B3%29=1
6-2k=k%2B3
Complete this problem to get k.

(-3, 2k) and (k,6). The slope = 1.
skope of line betweene 2 points (x1,y1) (x2,y2)
= +%28y2-y1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29
Plug the value of the points
..
+1+=+%286-2k%29%2F%28k-%28-3%29%29
1=%286-2k%29%2F%28k%2B3%29
k+3= 6-2k
2k+k=6-3
3k=3
divide by 3
k=1
