THIS MEANS LOG (8) TO BASE 2 =X...WHICH MEANS 2^X=8...WE HAVE TO FIND X ...WE SEE THAT 8=2*2*2=2^3
2^X=2^3...OR....X=3
IN GENERAL
IF ....B^P=N...WE SAY LOG OF N TO BASE B =P...WRITTEN AS LOG(N)TO BASE B=P
