3x^2+13x+4 = (3x+1)(x+4);...(1)
16-x^2 = (4+x)(4-x);........(2)
(1)/(2) = (3x+1)/(4-x)......(3)
3x^2-5x-12 = (3x+4)(x-3)....(5)
3x-12 = 3(x-4) = -3(4-x).....(6)
(3)/[(5)/(6)] = (3)(6)/(5) = [(3x+1)/(4-x)](-3)(4-x)/(3x+4)(x-3)
= -3(3x+1)(3x+4)(x-3)

(1)/(2) = (3x+1)/(4-x)......(3)
3x^2-5x-12 = (3x+4)(x-3)....(5)
