Plug in x=0 to get y=3x+%2B+9=3%280%29+%2B+9=+0%2B9+=+9. So when x=0, y=9


So the incomplete ordered pair (0, ?) becomes (0, 9)

Now y=24. Plug in y=24 to get 24=3x%2B9. Now solve for 'x' to get x=%2824-9%29%2F3=15%2F3=5. So when y=24, x=5


So (?, 24) then becomes (5, 24)
