Since abs%283%2F5%29+=+3%2F5
abs%284x%29+%3C=+3+-+3%2F5
abs%284x%29+%3C=+12%2F5
From this I can see that if x+%3C=+3%2F5
or x+%3E=+-3%2F5, the inequality is true
-3%2F5+%3C=+x+%3C=+3%2F5 answer
