You can put this solution on YOUR website!
for two lines to be perpedicular the product of their slopes must equal -1
--
So the line perpedicular to y=-1/6+3 must have slope = 6
--
slope =change in y direction/change in x direction
(-3-3)/(r-2)=6=slope
-6/(r-2)=6
-6/6=r-2
-1+2=r
r=1
