You can put this solution on YOUR website!
cos(theta)=5/12 This is true in the 1st and 4th Quadrants
sec(theta)=1/cos(theta)= 1/[5/12]= 12/5 = 2.4
The tan(theta) being negative has nothing to do with the solution.
