4W+6+2W=90
6W=90-6
6W=84
W=84/6
W=14 ANS. FOR THE WIDTH.
L=2*14+3
L=28+3=31 ANS FOR THE LENGTH.
PROOF:
2*31+2*14=90
62+28=90
90=90
