In 2002 jobs 183,000
In 2010 jobs 264,000
Difference 81,000
The answer shows 44.3%
What is the formula to figure this out. Nobody here seems to know the answer.

Percent Change = (New Figure - Old Figure)/(Old Figure) = (264000-183000)/183000=81000/183000=0.442622951

This rounds to 0.443 which is a 44.3% change.
